Doubled billable customer resource usage by designing and delivering a secure, role-based Public API key system that exposed core system capabilities and eliminated manual UI upload bottlenecks.
Increased customer processing capabilities tenfold by implementing glob-based file filtering for workflows, enabling a single request to batch-process thousands of files instead of thousands of individual submissions, which significantly reduced system noise and manual overhead.
Drove a 20% increase in system usage by designing and integrating a Directed acyclic graph based task scheduling system to execute and monitor inference workflows, improving job processing reliability and horizontal scalability.

Achieved a 98% reduction in API response time by transitioning from threading to asyncio to optimize asynchronous processing and enhancing backend storage efficiency through the migration from S3 to AWS EFS.
Developed and maintained Titan, an extraction tool for PDF, DOCX, and LaTeX files, serving as the backbone of Paperpal and supporting over one million users.
